Professional • Licensed Structural Engineer, State of Texas • Member – American Society of Civil Engineers • Member – Foundation Performance Association • Has been inspecting residential and commercial foundations since 1988 when he worked with his father and brother (both of whom were engineers) in a company that specialized in forensic engineering; especially in solving problems pertaining to foundation movement • Experienced in construction management • Serves as an expert witness for litigation concerning residential foundations • Gives 3rd party opinions concerning inspection reports by other engineers and/or foundation repair contractors Personal • Graduate of Southern Methodist University , B. S. Civil Engineering • Married 40 years • 3 children, 2 grandchildren • Actively involved in the ministries of Dallas Bible Church
